Telephone Teller allows you access to your account by telephone.
By simply dialing (607) 771-6845, entering your member account number (printed on your statement) and Personal Identification Number (PIN), members are able to transfer funds, make loan payments, obtain balance inquiries and much, much more. Members choose their own 4-digit PIN by filling out a Telephone Teller application form, available at the link below or at any Horizons location, and submitting the completed form to Horizons FCU. The system is menu driven and customized for each individual account based on services that you have at the credit union.
Transfers made via Horizons Telephone Teller are subject to the same Federal Regulation D restrictions as are other automatic and electronic transactions. Savings accounts are limited to a combined total of 6 such transactions per month.
