Overdraft Protection Line-of-Credit (LOC)

With a Horizons FCU Overdraft Protection LOC, members may never have the costly and embarrassing experience of bouncing a check.

If you write a check for more than the funds available in your Horizons checking account, money from your LOC will automatically be transferred (if available) to your checking account to cover the shortage. You will be notified whenever a LOC transfer occurs and the only charge to you is the minimal daily interest fee. For example, if $500 is taken from your LOC, your daily interest fee is only about $.20 cents.
