eStatement Information

Horizons now offers another level of service - a secure and fee-free alternative to paper statements, called eStatements, through CU @ Home.

Safe & Secure

We use 128-bit encription technology and password protection to ensure that account information stays private and secure while you are on line.  Only browsers which use 128-bit encription can be used to view eStatements.

Accessible

The service is available 24 hours a day from any browser with 128-bit encription.  You may view your eStatement by clicking on the eDocuments link located in your CU @ Home account.

Convenient

You can print out a statement anytime you need a copy of a statement.  The system will store up to 18 months of statement history as we go forward.

Free

There is no charge for receiving eStatements.  There may be a fee assessed for copies of statements sent via US Mail upon your request. 

It's Easy To Get Started

You can sign up for the service through CU @ Home.  If you don't have CU @ Home, please call the credit union to find out how to sign up.
