Horizons FCU offers its members access to their accounts via the internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To be able to access their accounts, members must first complete a short CU @ Home application form available from either Horizons location. This application includes information Horizons needs to set up a member's account as well as other details about the CU @ Home Program. When the member's application is received at Horizons, internet access to their accounts will be available within 48 hours. Your web browser must be either Netscape Navigator 7.0 or higher, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, or AOL 8.0 or higher. We use 128-bit encription technology and password protection to ensure that account information stays private and secure while you are on line. Only browsers which use 128-bit encription can be used to view your account information.Horizons now offers three new levels of service through CU @ Home
1. Apply for a loan on-line through Webloan, available through CU @ Home.
2. A secure and fee-free alternative to paper statements, called eStatements, through CU @ Home.
3. A secure way to obtain a check copy, through C.U. @ Home. If you call it up to your screen, you will be charged the fee, based on the current fee schedule. Only images that are less than 90 days pass the cleared date are available on line. You will have to contact the credit union to obtain checks that are older than that. It is suggested that you view a check only if you need a copy as proof to some 3rd party of it clearing your account and we recommend that you print it if you view it.
Once a member has Horizons FCU's home page on their computer screen (www.horizonsfcu.com), they simply click on the CU at Home icon and enter their account number and PIN number.
Some of the inquiries and transactions available to members via C.U. @ Home include balances, transfers, withdrawals, transaction activity, loan payments and cleared checks.

Please Note:
Transfers made via this service are subject to the same federal Regulation D restrictions as are telephone, automatic and electronic transactions. Savings accounts are limited to a combined total of 6 such transactions per month. Checking account transactions are not limited. All banks and credit unions are subject to this regulation.
