All you need to join is a $5.00 deposit and a $1.00 membership fee. Only a minimum of $5.00 must be maintained for membership at Horizons. This $5.00 is your share in Horizons FCU that gives you voting rights as a member and allows you to enjoy all of the services that the Credit Union has to offer.
