Two (variable-rate) Home Equity Line-of-Credit (LOC) Loans and three closed end fixed rate are available at Horizons FCU. They include:
  • 6 Months Fixed
    • 80% - 2.99%
    • 90% - 2.99%
  • After 6 Months
    • 80% - Prime Rate minus 1/2
    • 90% - Prime Rate
  • Interest Only LOC for up to 15 years
